Customers can opt for a return-to-base repair or a fully managed repair service to include all logistics and services to eliminate issues associated with sending equipment for repair ESP can arrange collection of the repair and delivery back to the original site or alternatively can ship to any location throughout the world.
Through carefully managed programs of logistics, repairs and refurbishment ESP is able to drive down spares holding requirements, which increases levels of customer satisfaction and decreases the cost of ownership giving a greater ROI.
